Step 3: Required Documentation

You will be asked to provide copies of documents to support the application. While the exact list should be confirmed with KPS, common requirements usually include:

  • Identification: A photocopy of the Pupil's Birth Certificate.
  • Photographs: A specified number of recent color passport photographs of the Pupil.

Step 4: Interview or Admission Test

For both the Nursery and Primary sections, a screening process is generally required:

  • Nursery: Admission is often based on the Pupil's age (typically three years and above) and a simple interview/interaction to assess their readiness, social skills, and basic cognitive abilities.
  • Primary: Students are usually required to take an oral and/or written admission test (interview) to assess their academic level for the class they are seeking to join.

Step 5: Admission and Fee Payment

If the Pupil successfully passes the interview/test and all documentation is verified:

  • Admission Offer: The school will issue an official Admission Letter.
  • Fees: The parent/guardian will be required to fill out the final admission form and then pay the necessary School Fees for the first term or year to secure the place.
